Graduate students are offered 40% discount on the conference fee on the basis of valid ID-card presented at reception desk on the first day of the conference.

Late applications will be charged 125 € (or 500 PLN).

While making international payment please make sure bank transfer is net of all bank charges.

The fee covers:

• conference materials
• reception dinner
• one-day excursion
• coffee breaks
• three lunches and one packed lunch
• Old Town guided tour
• publication (+shipping) 

The fee does not cover:

• hotel accommodation
• two dinners (September 11th and 12th)
