We would like to remind that full written wersion of your conference paper on CD or floppy disc is expected during the conference. because of the time restrictions connected with publishing of the post-conference issue we will send the papers to reviewers just after the conference. Therefore, a delay in submiting the paper may result in withdrawing the paper from post-conference issue. For safety reasons, please bring your papers in duplicate, on two different CD's or send them via e-mail in advance.
Papers are expected to respect the following:
- volume of the text: 25000 signs + summary + illustrations
- summary (100-200 words)
- preferable text formats: doc (2003 or older) or rtf
- references in the text should follow the Harvard pattern: (Ravenstein, 1885) and in the end of the text: Ravenstein E.G. 1885, The laws of migration, Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, vol. XLVIII, no.2.
- please avoid using excessive footnotes
- all illustrations should be prepared for single-colour printing on B5-sized paper, therefore should not exceed the size of 120x180 mm
- illustrations’ acceptable formats: cdr (version 11 or lower), jpg, tif, bmp or similar. Please remember the quality of print depends first of all on the quality of source material
- tables, charts and illustrations should be placed in separate files and in the main body of the text information about desired location should be included
